Your vacation will be made even more memorable with the fresh cuisine prepared by Elba, the chef.  You'll have the luxury of selecting from our menu in advance.  Elba is able to prepare meals to meet the dietary needs of almost anyone.  Whether vegetarian, gluten-free, or just low-cal, you'll be pleased with the options and the flavors.

Feel free to request some off-menu items and we will do our best to accommodate you.

You may also request appetizers as entrees and entrees as appetizers.

 

Reminder about our staff: 

They work hard Monday through Saturday unless you request other arrangements in advance.  

If you arrive on a Sunday, we will arrange the staff's presence to prepare for your arrival.  If so, we will coordinate with you on giving them another day off during the week.  

Our chef can prepare 2 meals a day, it is your option what meals those are.  If you do not choose to do all-inclusive, you will be given a bill for the cost of the food.

If you and the group would like to do the pre-paid food/drink option. Please email us directly and/or select this option in the arrival form. Please inquire about the current price for this option as food/drink costs can change over time. The arrival form will also have the most current price and info on this also. Please note that this price is subject to change. Please note that the entire group has to do this option and you have to choose to do it for all dates you booked the villa for.
