Your vacation will be made even more memorable with the fresh cuisine prepared by Elba, the chef.  You'll have the luxury of selecting from our menu in advance.  Elba is able to prepare meals to meet the dietary needs of almost anyone.  Whether vegetarian, gluten-free or just low cal, you'll be pleased with the options and the flavors.

Also feel free to request some off-menu items and we will do our best to accomodate you. You may also request appetizers as entrees and entrees as appetizers.


Reminder about our staff:  They work hard Monday through Saturday, unless you request other arrangements in advance.  

If you arrive on a Sunday, we will arrange the staffs presence to prepare for your arrival.  If so, we will coordinate with you on giving them another day off during the week.  Our chef can prepare 2 meals a day, it is your option what meals those are.  If you do not chose to do all-inclusive, you will be given a bill for the cost of the food.
