This is a picture taken from the front porch of Villa Karaway, looking south. We believe it to be one of the best views in all of Puerto Vallarta.  To the left is Los Palmares complex.  Note that you are on the ground floor, right on the beach.  Also, there is a nice sidewalk along the beach wall and lush green grass.  Off to the distance on the right side is the Los Arcos National Park.

Here's a picture of your private infinity pool on the porch, next to the beach. Enjoyed by kids and adults. It is fully tiled and approximately 3 feet deep and heated! Here you sit before dinner, sipping your favorite drink and watch the sun merge with the largest bay in Mexico. Don't worry about dinner. Our gourmet cook prepares two meals per day for you and your guests. She also sets the table, cleans up after your feast, and also prepares drinks and appetizers.  In the winter, watch for whales breaching the water.  You can also view dolphins year around.

As our guest, you have access to all of the wonderful facilities of the Los Palmares condominiums, which includes this large, fully tiled infinity pool right on the beach. Relax on one of the built-in tiled chairs in the pool as you watch the sun melt into the Pacific ocean. There is also a whirlpool and a children pool.  The area in the right side of the picture is a sandy beach.  Hard to come by south of town.

The entry way. The front door is a custom rounded door that contains castellan-like iron bars. You enter your own private paradise into an entry hallway that contains unique art, a wicker/wood bench and plenty of flora.

The hallways are vast and grand.  Tuck away in different wall indents are examples of local art.
Also the interior has a functional fountain to gives the pleasing sound of running water; however, in many rooms the ocean waves are clearly pronounced.

The living room is between the kitchen/dinning area and the front porch.  It features 12 foot high ceilings, 8 foot folding glass doors to open up the entire room to the wrap around exterior porch and your private infinity pool.  This room also has a large flat panel TV, with satellite channel access and DVD player. 

If you are paying for this stay, make sure that you reserve the master bedroom for yourself! We call it el Ceilo, which is Spanish for "heaven."  It is located on the second floor and pampers you with luxury and incredible views. Your bedroom contains a sitting room, a large walk-in closet (with safe), and a jacuzzi spa (jetted bath tub, steamer, and 20 side-spigot shower!). This is your private villa - so enjoy!

The first bedroom, just to the right after you enter Villa Karaway, is del Mar (the sea). It has a closet, a small outdoor area, a small flat panel TV, two twins and a queen size futon bed. It also has its own bathroom.
