Rates
Mexico, Mayan Palace, Vacation rental rate by week.
All rates are weekly rates. Check in and check out days are Friday, Saturday or Sunday, except for the Grand Luxxe, you can also check in/out on Monday. Rates begin at just $650 for a "master room" (like a large hotel room, without a living room and kitchen)

*SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY PRICING - normal rate is $1,000 more. Grand Luxxe, three bedroom suite includes 16 rounds of golf ($2,400 value) and 2 massages ($150 value) Note: rates do not vary by season. We do grant a 10% discount for 2 or more weeks. Rates are the same no matter the location: Cabo, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Maya (Cancun), Acapulco, Mazatlan, Puerto Punesco (Rocky Point). SalesTax: 3%, approximately and will be collected upon check out. |
Payment Terms
Upon reservations: 1/2 is due. The other 1/2 of rent is due 60 days before check in.
You can cancel at anytime up to 60 days before checkin for a full refund.
Personal checks, American Express, Visa and Mastercard are happily accepted. |
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, full refund. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance. |
