NEW! If you haven't been to the Mayan Palace complex in Nuevo Vallarta - let me tell you that there's some massive improvements going on. We were recently visiting and became very excited about the development. Soon it will be a massive detination resort: water parks, shopping, over 30 restaurants, and many more activities.
