The weather was great almost every day. We would watch the sunrise every morning & enjoy the sunset in the evenings. We were able to open windows & use the ceiling fans in lieu of the air conditioning. It rained only one day during our stay & blue skies prevailed most days. The lanai/pool was so relaxing & your lovely home was extremely comfortable & very well-equipped with high-end furnishings & accessories. We felt right at home immediately.
We loved the River Club pool & restaurant; food was excellent & the wait staff very friendly and efficient. The entire community is relaxing & peaceful. We especially enjoyed biking every day. We rented bikes for our grandchildren so they could join us too.
The house was immaculate when we arrived & the mid-month cleaning was perfect as well.
I left a special note in your guest book at the house & included many notes re. sightseeing/restaurants for future guests. There was so much to do in the surrounding communities that we only made a dent in it during our drives & exploring. We were amazed at the growth/development occurring in Bradenton. Everywhere you go they are building & improving. All of our friends & family who visited & stayed with us loved Karaway as much as we did. In fact a group of us hope to try your Colorado and Mexico homes sometime in the future. We distributed your professional brochures & cards as well.

Waterlefe Golf Course is tough - - I think I lost a dozen balls. The pro shop staff was very friendly and accommodating. They only charged us $20.00 a piece for 18 holes! We spotted a large gator while playing - - Connor (11) was driving the cart and boy was he surprised - - he spotted the critter first, just 10 feet from us. We played alot of neighboring courses, all wonderful. Great area with great restaurants. Siesta Key Beach was so beautiful we went there twice.... Hit Holmes beach, hit the clubhouse pool.
