Rates
(effective May 1, 2006 - April 30, 2007) Off season: May - October $ 2,900/4-week period plus electric consumption or $1,000/week, $150/night (no electric pass through) Prime season: November - April $ 3,900/4-week period plus electric consumption or $1,500/week, $250/night (no electric pass through) We accept MasterCard and Visa. Rate Guaranty: If you find the same size home with the same amenities in the Waterlefe Community, we'll beat the price! Lodging tax: there is a 4% Lodging tax that will be collected and is not represented in these rates. Rates are subject to change, without notice. Electric usage is estimated to be $200 per 4 week period. We pass through the electric consumption to encourage you to conserve. Bonus! Included in the above rates, we include maid service once every 4 weeks. It is YOUR vacation, and we want you to enjoy it! You only pay for the final clean (estimated at $150). Note! These rates include your furnished vacation home that includes a professionally designed home, linens, entertainment center, a computer with high speed internet connection, kitchen utensils, utilities, access to the River Club, golfing with inexpensive green fees. Policies
Payment: 1/2 of rent due when reservations are made. The remaining 1/2 of rent plus security deposit is due before 60 days of check in. The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of check out. While we accept MasterCard and Visa, we prefer checks or money orders. Refund policy: Full refund if you cancel 90 days before first rental day. Fifty percent (50%) forfeited of the total rental amount if canceled between 90 to 30 days before the first rental day. One hundred percent (100%) forfeited of the total rental amount if cancel after 30 days before occupancy. If we rent the period you forfeit, we refund you the money collected, up to the amount paid by you. Please call or email with any questions. |
