The front of the home faces west to a vast agriculture plot of land and toward the Gulf of Mexico. The back of the home faces east to enjoy the sunrises, the cool evenings, the pool and the lake frontage.

Karaway-Florida is professionally decorated with only this finest furniture, cabinetry, appliances and electronics. The theme is traditional Floridian with wicker, muted greens and tans, diagonal tile floors in the family room, kitchen and hallways and upgraded carpet elsewhere. There is a two car, attached garage. There are two air conditioning units separately controlled - one for downstairs and one for upstairs. Every room has a ceiling fan for your additional comfort.
Enter your vacation home from the front door and you are greeted by a Floridian decor theme.
The living and dinning room is designed for relaxing and entertaining. There is a wet bar (not shown) next to the dinning area. The last picture on the right views the living room from the loft.
Past the living and dining room is the upgraded kitchen that includes all large and small appliances necessary for easy living. There is a place setting for 12 people with places to sit for 12 - 4 in the kitchen nook, 2 on bar stools at the kitchen bar, and 6 at the dinning room table. The picture on the right shows a view from the loft looking down at the kitchen area.
Proceed down the hallway before you reach the kitchen and you have a guest bathroom.
Going further, you reach a double door entry way into the master bedroom. The master bedroom bath features a large walk-in shower (fully tiled), two separate vanity sinks and a large oval tub.
The master bedroom has two walk-in closets, a king size bed, a 15 inch flat panel TV, two night stands, a dresser with mirror and french doors that lead to the lanai and the outdoor pool.
Not shown in the picture tour and on the main floor, is the den/office. It has a work desk, a desktop computer, a 15 inch flat panel display and cable modem access to the internet. Also in the den is a luxurious queen size futon.
Upstairs is a loft with a sleeper sofa, large chair, ottoman and a 27 inch TV with a DVD player. One bedroom has a king size bed that can be broken down into two twins. The other bedroom has 2 twins. Both bedrooms have a generous closet. There is a full bath. |
