The staff is superb! Our maid, Gloria meticulously cleans throughout the day. A fresh, dry beach towel is available upon your demand. Our chef, Elba, prepares the most wonderful feasts. If you come, make sure that you have the Mexican Fiesta. Many guests want to take Elba home with them!

 

The staff reports to work around 9 am and leaves after their job is completed. They work 6 days a week, with Sunday and national holidays off. The chef will prepare two consecutive meals per day (i.e., breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner), or at your choice only one or none.

Our manager and your concierge, Sr. Enrique Perez.  His family have been in Vallarta since the 1950s.  Enrique is very well connected to almost anything you need from a doctor, mechanic, tour operators, golfing and VIP treatment at some of the fabulous Vallarta restaurants (many owned by members of his family).

Gloria, is our maid. She keeps Villa Karaway absolutely spotless and always has a dry towel available.  She has been with us since we purchased Villa Karaway in 1999, when it was new.  Wait until you meet Ms. Dynamo - she reports to work around 9 and leaves around 5, almost never resting.  Our staff works Monday through Saturday (Sunday upon special request) except for Mexican Holidays.

Elba is our skilled, gourmet cook.  Read our guest comments about her food!  Before you arrive, we'll send you a guest arrival and food form.  This is so we can stock the refrigerator and plan for the first day or two of food.   You save an incredible amount of money over restaurants, because all you pay for is the actual cost of food and beverages that YOU order.

 

Both ladies love their job and are at Villa Karaway to make sure that you stay exceeds your expectations.
