Rates and Rental PoliciesRates:

 

Off season:  May - October        $ 4,375/week ($625/night)

 

Prime season:  November - April    $ 5,775/week ($825/night)

 

Holiday season: Christmas-New Years $7,700/week ($1,100/night)

 

We accept MasterCard and Visa.

 

Note! These rates includes EVERYTHING (including Mexican taxes) except for your food and beverage and tips for the staff. Call or email for special multi-week and long term rental rates.  Prices subject to change without notice.

Payment:  1/2 of rent due when reservations are made.  The remaining 1/2 of rent plus security deposit is due before 60 days of check in.  The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of check out.

 

While we accept MasterCard and Visa, we prefer checks or money orders.

 

Refund policy:  Full refund if you cancel 90 days before first rental day.  Fifty percent (50%) forfeited of the total rental amount if canceled between 90 to 30 days before the first rental day.  One hundred percent (100%) forfeited of the total rental amount if cancel after 30 days before occupancy.  If we rent the period you forfeit, we refund you the money collected, up to the amount paid by you.
