Information for our Villa Karaway Guests

Rental Instructions - information on the location, transportation, our help, tipping, etc.


Below we have some documents that will prepare you and us for your stay.  Please take time to read our Guest Information Booklet.  This will probably answer all of your questions.


As for planning your menu, all guest rave about out cook Elba.  To make your first few days like you've been there forever, complete the guest arrival form below.  You'll find the refrigerator stocked and the food you want! Please note: Our chef, Elba, can cook almost anything.  You are not limited to what is on the menu.  If you want it - just ask!

Reminder about our staff:  They work hard Monday - Saturday, unless you request other arrangements in advance.   If you arrive on a Sunday, the staff will probably be there preparing for your arrival.  If so, we will coordinate with you on giving them another day off.


Unless requested in advance, Elba can prepare two successive meals per work day - which is breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.  It is your option on how many meals the Elba prepares for you.

Puerto Vallarta Weather
Puerto Vallarta's weather is sunny and beautiful all year long and has tourist activities everyday of the year.

During the high season from November to April, when the tourist population is at its highest, the daytime temperature ranges from 75 to 85 F (24-30 C).

During the summer months the Puerto Vallarta weather is hotter and more humid, in the high 80's and low 90's F (30-32C) with 95% humidity.

The rainy season typically starts in June and lasts until early October with afternoon showers and occasional thunderstorms that tend to cool things off for the night.
Concerned about hurricanes? Puerto Vallarta has only had one serious one in the last 35 years.
